Your Perception Is Not The Only One

     I have been absent for a few weeks recently without writing a great deal of anything, staying quiet. Educating myself, remaining open to new ideas, expanding my thought process, being guided in a different direction. As the events occur in two segments, what I label as Metamorphosis, gauges the amount of time that was thrown away because of fear and anxiety? Almost 10 year if I roughly remember

No, I am not boasting about - well, maybe a little. Lol!

    Mid December, I get a call from the recruiter for another position. This was the offer of Service Desk Team Lead enchanted me. The recruiter scheduled our interview (all 3 were present, the delivery manager, the associate delivery manager and the project manager.). Remember, 1 hour before someone murdered my best friend from childhood and it devastated me!

    I have to cancel in my mind. No crazy way can I continue. Kept telling to myself you won’t make. Guess what? A week later, they accepted my offer and to recruit me. They stoked me!
Right after the discussion, I wrote back to the recruiter with some of my feedback - I was like no; Yet, today I am a Service Desk Team Lead.

    In early December started marketing my Spanish Podcast about daily issues such as relationships, anxiety, among other matters that I think are super important. Not only that, by the Grace of God, we are in almost all digital platforms. The growth has been painstaking, try different approaches, and lastly, out blog “Metamorfosis”.

I perceive the same outcomes from different perspectives. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise you can gain success. Certainly, an exception to the rule, there will be times when the point of view will be one, solely because it is required.

El Inicio De Una Metamorfosis 1.0

      Puede ser que este primer escrito sea senda mielda@, pero sabes? Como quiero hacerlo, aquí estamos intentando. Tanta bazofia que hable de ser bien creativo te lo juro que perdí "my mojo". PoL FAVoL!!!!      Muchos cambios han acontecido en menos de 3 meses, pero con mucho años de opresión mental. Y no me refiero a esclavitud mental. Las proximas 24 horas Mayo 27 2016

Muchas de las personas que estabamos alli, nuestra condición era de poca nutrición, todos flacos, demacrada y demacrado, sin dientes, todos golpeados, las mismas personas. Fisicamente, mentalmente, espiritualmente, con el alma quebrada, sin esperanza, hablando bien boricua hecho una mierda.  Solo que esa parte de "sin esperanza" para mi mudó en esas próximas 24 horas. Hoy puedo ser agradecido de como fui tratado, como fui atendido, aun se que no estaba en las mejores condiciones, si lo miramos desde una perspectiva diferente. Fui la propia gracia de Dios es lo único que puedo decir.  Estoy intentando narrar para compartir mi experiencia, sin glorificar las hazañas y si dejar saber que hay esperanza. Una pequeña nota del autor para todos ustedes que me siguen y me leen.  Dios es realmente grande.
